Beautiful 2-bedroom Parisian apartement, very bright and very quiet. It can be found a few steps away from Saint-Germain-des-Prés. It is located on the 3rd floor (without elevator) of a typical building, overlooking a clear view without vis-à-vis. This bright apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an other with single bed ( 120x 190), two bathrom rooms with shower, a large living room and a semi-open kitchen.
This building on the rue du Bac, with its large and welcoming courtyard, its workshops, its smell of waxed parquet floors and its spiral staircases in old-fashioned colors, is a place that still cultivates the spirit dear to Saint-Germain-des-Prés where writers and artists meet. From this apartment, which belonged to the writer Nadine Lefébure, a free-spirited figure of the 1960s, you will discover an admirable view of the Hôtel de Gallifet, which today serves as the setting for the Italian Cultural Institute. This neoclassical mansion is in itself a piece of history. In 1798, the Count of Talleyrand, Minister of Foreign Affairs, gave a memorable party here where he introduced the renowned writer Madame de Staël to the young Napoleon Bonaparte. A whole era that makes you dream today in the heart of this chosen calm that you can enjoy in the center of Paris by opening wide your windows bathed in light, between courtyards and gardens.
Apartment walking distance from Saint-Germain-des-Prés and from the Bon Marché department store. All shopping facilities are there, among which the famous Barthelemy cheese store. Metro: Rue du Bac.

We had a wonderful week here. The apartment is charming and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is unbeatable and the whole process went very smoothly.

This apartment was perfect for our family. The owner is an artist and the charm and beauty of every aspect of the apartment was a delight. Beautiful light, windows overlooking pretty courtyards and an ideal location - all made this apartment a truly wonderful stay. The communication and assistance from Anthony who looked after us was also excellent. We very much hope to return.

Unique and special apartment in a fabulous location Incredible but expensive local stores. The apartment is not really suitable for families as there is beautiful furniture and valuables all around.

Full of charm
The apartment is beautifully designed and so charming! You have to walk up several flights of stairs (which, in my opinion, only adds to the charm), but if you're on your own and need help carrying your luggage, beware. This is the kind of apartment you dream of owning one day, full of charm and fun design elements. It's obvious that the owner has put a lot of thought into every aspect - and the beds were really comfortable. it was exceptionally cold in Paris when my mother arrived (it had even snowed around the city!) and the heating was off fortunately Anthony was there a really amazing host. We had a great stay and I highly recommend it!
Colorful decor
The apartment turned out to be exactly as stated on the website. Colorful decor with a homey feel. The little touches of a bird feeder outside the living room window and jasmine outside the bedroom window made us feel right at home. The entrance to the apartment is in the heart of the 7th arrondissement, rue du Bac, but there's no trace of noise or bustle inside the apartment, day or night. There were two of us working in the apartment and it was large enough for both of us to have privacy. The apartment is perfectly located. It's close to shops, restaurants, the metro and some of Paris's iconic landmarks. We quickly made the Beau Passage café our favorite spot. Just a small recommendation. We'd been traveling for two months and found the closet space a bit tight for three people. But we managed. We highly recommend the apartment and the booking procedure was handled perfectly.
This is by far one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. It's ideally located for getting to cafes, bars, stores and sights. We would love to come back again. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.
Perfect location
We had an excellent stay! The apartment is well equipped and in a perfect location. It is within walking distance of restaurants, stores, places to see and metro stations. It was perfect for what we were looking for and made our trip great. Having two keys allowed us to do things separately without having to coordinate.

A very pleasant and unforgettable stay
The apartment was simply beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos. I loved the decoration and the plants in the window boxes. There was just enough personal belongings to give the impression of a Parisian apartment, without being cluttered. We slept well in the super comfortable beds. The location was ideal. Everything we needed was on our doorstep. We would have preferred the TV to be in the living room and not in the second bedroom (we don't normally watch TV on a trip to Paris, but it was cold in the evening and there was the soccer World Cup on!) This wasn't a drama and my daughter was happy to have the TV in her room. All in all, a very pleasant and unforgettable stay. Thank you so much!
