Great experience in a top notch and very well located apartment.
Host is very responsive and helpful as we had a call to give a tour of the apartment and its amenities.
After leaving the apartment one day before the schedule due to personal circumstances, he gifted us with some chocolates and a note.

This place is an exceptional find. It's spotless clean, modern, artistically decorated, and equipped with cutting-edge features. Also great location in walkable distance to lots of restaurants.
And Sebastien is a superhost. He was friendly, always responsive within minutes, and proactively communicated to ensure that I had a great stay.

A+++. My week at Sebastien's couldn't have been better. He was amazingly helpful not only before, but during, and after check in. The place is beautifully furnished and appointed, dripping with tech, and has quite possibly the Audio Visual set up of any home I've been to. Great neighbourhood as well. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else the next time I'm in Paris.

Sebastien place is a rare find in Paris! It really impressed us from all dimensions -- especially the luxury and high-tech elements everywhere in the house, definitely one of the best Beeroom places I've ever stayed at! Will highly recommend to my friends in future.

Absolutely PERFECT location for a girls 10 trip! We loved starting our day with the breakfast service! So convenient, wonderful and delicious!!! The host tries incredibly hard to make sure you have a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back! You could spend at least two days exploring all the stores and restaurants in the area. Everything we could have needed was within a block in any direction. The beds are very comfortable and having 4 bathrooms is a time saver and helps you maximize your trip and experience! For women, you feel so safe here in a very safe area. If you want to have a real Parisian experience, this is the place to be! 🙂

I don't think the previous reviews do this place justice. We were a large family of six with young children ages 3-8 and a grandmother. As many parents know on this platform, finding a large place in a hotel is always a challenge. This apartment is massive with four bedrooms. The living room was a great central location where everyone could decompress after a long day of sightseeing in Paris. This apartment has all the amenities, super high speed internet, washer and dryer, and a full kitchen. The location is excellent. About a 15 minute walk to all major attractions. Tons of restaurants in the area and grocery stores if you want to stock the fridge. I highly recommend this apartment if you are coming with a large family, this place will do the trick. Also, the host did a great job explaining check-in and check-out, I was very impressed. He even called me on the second day to check in. Really 5 stars.

It was a very convenient way to house our extended family of 10. There was a central gathering space (living room). The location was ideal and so central. Everything was clean and tidy, and we used the breakfast service the first morning, which worked great! They have a cab hailing service in the apartment and that was a godsend because it was hard to find cabs during rush hour. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this space.
