This magnificent apartment is located on the top floor of a building in the purest Haussmann style. With a surface area of 150 m² (1,615 sq ft), it comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Its triple-glazed windows give it a soothing silence.
The living room features a large, comfortable sofa and antique armchairs. High-quality light fittings enhance the room’s brightness on winter evenings. The rest of the time, the room benefits from exceptional light, thanks to its location at the corner of the building, overlooking a crossroads, its high ceilings and the many French windows opening onto the balcony running the full length of the apartment. The balcony offers many views of Paris, including the churches of Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Saint-Sulpice. The Eiffel Tower is also visible.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.) and its large work surface means you can prepare all the dishes you want with unrivalled comfort.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, plenty of storage space and no fewer than three windows overlooking the whole of Paris.
The other two bedrooms have queen-size 160 cm beds and 140 cm beds respectively. They also feature plenty of storage space and a view over the rooftops of Paris.
On the other side of the corridor are the two bathrooms. One has a shower, the other a bathtub. Both have been recently renovated.
You’ll also find a room with washing machines. The WC is separate.

An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure.
That's why we will ask you to pay a deposit to cover potential damage. The amount of this deposit will be indicated at the bottom of the calendar before you make your reservation.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this apartment is perfect for those who love beautiful apartments but prefer a quieter, suburban atmosphere. About 5 minutes walk from Saint Germaine. I stayed with two children and my parents and it was the perfect size for us. 5 people with a large living and dining room.
The beds are comfortable, and it's a beautiful house with a great view of the city and the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend if you like walking 🙂

Our group of 6 had a great stay at Carmen's. We were in town for a wedding and spent most of our long weekend leaving the accommodation, but the apartment itself was beautiful with great views. The elevator worked well for our luggage. The location is a bit of a walk to get to the lively parts of the city, but that didn't bother us at all! A very nice Parisian apartment that I highly recommend!
It's a beautiful place that impressed everyone. Beautiful apartment decorated with a very chic design. You can see the Eiffel Tower in the distance outside. Stay comfortable, travel easily to many places. There are restaurants, pharmacies near the neighborhood. Overall, I'm very impressed.
This apartment is ideal for a family. Quite spacious, especially for Paris and in a magnificent heritage building with its interior features intact, lots of light and designer furniture. The appearance and views are an added bonus for tourists in particular.
