We do our best to ensure that Hosts honor their confirmed reservations, but understand that in certain situations a Host may have to cancel unexpectedly.

If you find yourself in this situation, we recommend that you try to contact the host first to understand the reasons for the cancellation. This may be a misunderstanding that can be resolved directly by contacting them.

If your reservation was canceled less than 30 days prior to your stay and you have already attempted to resolve this issue directly with the host, please contact us by clicking Contact Us below or through our live chat and selecting Cancellations . We can help you get a full refund and find other comparable accommodation available for your dates. In some cases, your new property may cost a little more than your initial reservation. If this happens, we’ll take the time to listen to your unique situation and consider things such as the availability of other properties in the area, your original booking and stay dates, and the urgency of the situation to determine if we can cover part or possibly all of the additional cost of a new rental.
