Cancel or postpone an Beeroom experience

Have your plans changed? Our standard cancellation policy provides for a full refund for any experience canceled at least 7 days before the experience start date or within 24 hours of booking the experience. It’s simple !

If you want to reschedule the date and time of your experience (or change the number of travelers), you can do so within 24 hours of booking and up to 72 hours before the experience begins.
