For each confirmed booking, we charge a tenant service fee ranging from 15% of gross rent for stays of 1 night to 8% for stays longer than 2 months. Renters can view the service charge amount on the property page, they vary depending on the length of stay. Once the reservation is validated, an invoice is automatically edited and the tenant can print it from their profile, in the “Reservations” tab.
The service fees that we charge allow us to offer you more and more new accommodations, and to accompany you throughout your rental, from finding accommodation to booking your stay.

This commission allows you to offer a shooting session from your first reservation, with a professional photographer in order to showcase your accommodation. It also allows you to offer key delivery solutions when the tenant enters and leaves while you are away *
For each reservation, an invoice is automatically edited; you can find it in your profile, in the “Reservation” tab then “Details”.
