The property is amazing! An elegant and modern decor. Although the neighborhood contains a few expensive restaurants, you can also find small, casual places where locals gather for breakfast or for a coffee or drink later in the day. And if you want to take advantage of Felix's well-equipped kitchen, there's a Monoprix and a BioCo-op two blocks from the property.

We have planned our travel dates in Paris based on the availability of this unique loft apartment! It was great for a family with 2 teenagers. Very comfortable king size bed. Nice shower, washer / dryer and wow kitchen. Very private and secure quiet. Fairly walking distance to many sites and shops. Many cafes are also very close.
Felix met us on our arrival to explain how everything worked and was available for help if needed as he works in the area.
Highly recommended.

Felix place is five stars and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Paris. The location is great and walking distance to Champs de Élysées. The space is very stylish with great functionality and very clean. Felix is a great host and communicates very well with quick responses.
