Great apartment, as advertised. We loved the location with so many great restaurants and lovely walks nearby. The apartment had a great view, comfortable beds, and was quiet. Would recommend.

Frankly, if I could give this more than five stars for location, I would. Not only is this apartment beautiful, cozy and the epitome of Parisian, it is also a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel tower, which you can see from the balcony. There are three metro stops within a 10 minute walk (and two are within a three minute walk). There are also multiple shops, restaurants and pharmacies very nearby and an open air market on the weekend, just under the nearby Metro overground tracks. This is a beautiful launching pad for your Paris adventures.

Beautifully decorated place in an amazing area (that view was trés magnifique 👌🏼). Félix was very friendly and met us to check us in. The place is a little far from some attractions, but was easily accessible to transit. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting this beautiful city. Merci Félix !

The Beeroom is amazing, the view and location are beautiful. My family and I enjoyed our stay and loved every minute looking out the windows at the Eiffel Tower.

Felix's apartment was wonderful! Very clean and the bathroom was large. We were 4 people and the space can easily accommodate 1-2 more people. We stayed 10 nights and the location was only a few blocks from a whole street of restaurants and bars, both traditional and casual. Grocery store nearby. The view was incredible from the room windows, you got to see the Tower sparkling at the top of the hour. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, this is very walkable, 1 hour or less to the monuments and attractions, or a 15 minute uber ride of just over 10 euros. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Paris!

The location is perfect, the apartment is tastefully decorated and offers a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower, especially at night! The three bedrooms are of good size and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. The apartment is close to cafes and supermarkets, which are all within walking distance. A great starting point for visiting Paris!

L'appartement de Félix était charmant. Nous avons eu un désastre en nous rendre à Paris et nous sommes retardés de plusieurs heures pour nous rendre à l'appartement. Félix a été si gracieux et est restée en contact avec nous afin que quelqu'un puisse nous rencontrer à l'appartement et nous montrer où tout se trouvait à l'intérieur. Les chambres étaient propres, la cuisine était fonctionnelle et elle avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour. Nous reviendrons certainement à notre retour à Paris. Nous n'aurions pas pu demander un meilleur endroit où séjourner. L'emplacement est incroyable avec une courte promenade des cafés, des magasins, du métro et bien sûr de la tour Eiffel.

Felix's apartment is beautiful - immaculately clean and stylish, the place has a very chic feel. The location is great - the view is breathtaking - the Eiffel Tower is just a 6, 5 minute walk away. The building is easily accessible which is also a plus. I would definitely recommend this apartment to visitors!

Great location ! just a min walk to the metro, really enjoyed the view of breath taken Eiffel Tower from the living room. Spotlessly clean, stylish and comfortable apartment, you would love the kitchen if you cook, although we didn’t have time to cook. Highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again !
