You may be held responsible for any damage caused to the vacation rental during your stay.

An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure.

That's why we will ask you to pay a deposit to cover potential damage. The amount of this deposit will be indicated at the bottom of the calendar before you make your reservation.

It will be returned to you before your departure.

Neighborhood

It may be one of the smallest, but it's certainly one of the best served, with no fewer than 19 metro stations to its name. This fashionable arrondissement by day and night includes the Grands Boulevards and its many (more or less famous) theaters, department stores such as Le Printemps and Les Nouvelles Galeries, the Opéra Garnier and the elegant Place de l'Opéra.
It's a fashionable arrondissement, popular with artists for many years, particularly in the "Nouvelle-Athènes" district. A district that has retained its village feel, notably around the very commercial Rue des Martyrs.
