This beautiful 95 m² apartment is located on the 7th floor of a former hotel on rue de Berri, near the Champs-Élysées. It consists of a living room, a dining area and a kitchen. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms plus a room that can be used as an office or a spare bedroom (note: it does not have a window).

The master bedroom, located at the end of the hallway, has a queen size bed, a television, an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a storage closet.

The second bathroom is through the office.

The apartment also has a beautiful terrace. It offers a clear view on several Parisian monuments such as the Sacré-Coeur Basilica, the Saint-Augustin church, the Opéra Garnier or the Grand Palais. Located at the back of the building, it is perfectly isolated from the noise of cars and allows you to enjoy a precious and rare calm in this area.

The rental of the apartment grants you access to a parking space included in the rent.

You may be held responsible for any damage caused to the vacation rental during your stay.

An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure.

That's why we will ask you to pay a deposit to cover potential damage. The amount of this deposit will be indicated at the bottom of the calendar before you make your reservation.

It will be returned to you before your departure.

Cancellation policy

• 100% refund - if you cancel at least 14 days before arrival.
• 50% refund - (less service charge) if you cancel at least 7 days before arrival
• No refund - if you cancel less than 7 days before arrival.
