This exceptional and typically Parisian apartment (moldings, parquet floor, high ceilings), with a view of the Louvre Museum, is located in a beautiful 20th century building, built by the architect of the Samaritaine, Frantz Jourdain. It was renovated in 2000. The building and the elevator of 16 rue du Louvre are classified as Historical Monuments by the city of Paris.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large entrance hall, a living room, a dining room, an equipped kitchen, and separate toilets. The apartment is air-conditioned. The spacious dining room can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and toaster.
The first bedroom is located near the living room, behind the kitchen. It has a queen size bed and its own bathroom with shower.
Les deux autres chambres sont au bout du couloir, et partagent la deuxième salle de bain avec baignoire et douche à l'italienne. Une des chambres offre le confort d'un lit queen size, tandis que la seconde offre deux lits simples (pouvant devenir un lit queen size). Les toilettes sont séparées.
L'appartement est très bien équipé, vous trouverez entre autres : une machine à laver, un sèche linge, un lave vaisselle, une chaine hifi…

Overall, an ok + apartment that can be recommended for large groups and families with children. We were 5 girlfriends and there was enough space for 2 more, as well as two bathrooms with a separate area. Very practical.
O apartamento, a localização, o alojamento e a receção da Carmen foram excelentes. Ficamos 12 dias num apartamento muito confortável, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos de Paris, podendo apreciar a arquitetura local, bem como a cultura e os pontos turísticos. Valeu muito a pena!

We had a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment was a wonderful home away from home. It was bright, clean and spacious with excellent facilities for my 4 boys and me. We found everything as advertised. I would definitely come back here again!
The hosts were easy to contact and answered my questions. Very helpful with my limited French. There were helpful suggestions on nearby stores and a useful "apartment guide" available for us. Didn't feel there were any particular limitations or unusual expectations of us as guests.
