An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure.

That's why we will ask you to pay a deposit to cover potential damage. The amount of this deposit will be indicated at the bottom of the calendar before you make your reservation.

It will be returned to you before your departure.

Things to know

Quiet area located at the axis of the most prestigious places in Paris. This area is favored by embassies. Even if it's quiet, it's also close to the action: Arc de Triomphe, Avenue Foch, Victor Hugo, Place Dauphine and 10 minutes walk from the Champs Elysées, Bois de Boulogne. Small supermarket next door, cafe around the corner, newsstand.
Avenue Foch is the widest in Paris, and looks more like a park. In fact, the Bois de Boulogne (the park of Boulogne) is on the other side of Porte Dauphine, a 5-minute walk from the studio.
Arc de Triomphe, Avenue Foch, Victor Hugo, Place Dauphine and 10 minutes walk from the Champs Elysées, Bois de Boulogne. All local shops are in this neighborhood bakery, supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, hairdressers, massage parlor, restaurants, .... The metro is 3 minutes walk.

The geographical location of the apartment will allow you to move very easily and quickly throughout the capital of France via these numerous public transport options:
- Metro: Porte Dauphine (line 2), located 9 minutes on foot
- Metro: Trocadero (line 6 and 9) located 15 minutes on foot

- Velib station
- Several taxi companies available: G7 taxis (the most used): call 36 07.
