With a floor area of 160 m2, Villa Koba comprises 3 levels. Discover the main room on the first floor with entrance hall, dining room, living room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen and guest WC. Every detail has been thought of for your comfort, whether with family or friends, for moments of conviviality. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, each with its own identity, to make you feel at home. This level features an Italian-style shower room, a bathroom/shower and a laundry area with washing and drying machines. Finally, the master suite is on the 2nd floor, the last level of this house. Push open the doors to this independent space, which includes an Italian-style shower room and a large 25 m2 terrace to guarantee perfect privacy for the occupants.

Neighborhood
Created in the Middle Ages in a clearing in the middle of the woods, Ville d'Avray has preserved its green spaces and famous ponds over the years, which still supply the Parc de Saint-Cloud via an underground aqueduct. At the time of the French Revolution, vineyards occupied most of its fields, before the village became a residential area, attracting many artists, including the painter Corot, who immortalized the forest and ponds that now bear his name.
