This place is GREAT! Go for it, you won't regret it. I don't want to ruin it for you by listing down all awesome things but trust me, there are plenty.

Very large and clean apartment in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for the family (we had a family of 5). This place has everything you need. The host, Antoine, is very responsive and cooperative. No issue at all.
Very convenient location. Many amenities nearby (restaurants, markets, bakery and park). Just outside of main attractions but easy access to all via public transportation (5min walking distance to Metro and Bus station).
In addition, super reasonable price at this size and location.
Super satisfied with the stay and highly recommend!!!

The flat was wonderful – very big with plenty of space to cook, eat, and relax together. The location was great, with a nice big park close-by, and plenty of bakeries and other eateries within just a few minutes' walk. The local supermarket was also well-stocked, so we really had everything we needed. The métro station and some bus stops are just a few minutes' walk away from the flat, so getting into the city centre was extremely easy. The place was very clean and well-equipped; we really didn't miss anything! We would definitely recommend this flat and hope to book it again in the future.

Much better than we expected. The whole family felt right at home. The reception service, with Dolores and Marta to guarantee our comfort. Communication with Anthony is excellent, especially reactive. A quality / price ratio rare on the market. The location is very quiet and close to amenities at the same time. Hope the place will be available for our next trip.

The apartment is well located. The neighborhood has a few good restaurants, a decent supermarket, and a few cool independent food stores that do pastry, cheese and wine.
The apartment is perfect for people who like to eat around a large table and relax in a living room, the huge open plan living space overlooks the lovely garden.
It's a quiet area so we slept well, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are ultra modern.

Anthony (the owner) was very flexible with us in terms of arrival and departure times.
