You may be held responsible for any damage caused to the vacation rental during your stay.

An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure.

That's why we will ask you to pay a deposit to cover potential damage. The amount of this deposit will be indicated at the bottom of the calendar before you make your reservation.

It will be returned to you before your departure.

Things to know

You will find yourself in a quiet and pleasant area with shops and bakeries close by. The metro at the bottom of the building will take you to the city center.
The neighborhood is very pleasant, lively and residential (Haussmanian freestone buildings all around), good security, and yet there is everything you could want nearby: shops, cafes and restaurants of all types, transport, monuments, etc.)

• 100% refund - if you cancel at least 14 days before arrival.
• 50% refund - (less service charge) if you cancel at least 7 days before arrival
• No refund - if you cancel less than 7 days before arrival.
