You may be held responsible for any damage caused to the vacation rental during your stay.

An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure.

That's why we will ask you to pay a deposit to cover potential damage. The amount of this deposit will be indicated at the bottom of the calendar before you make your reservation.

It will be returned to you before your departure.

Things to know

To the west of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, the 7th arrondissement is one of the most bourgeois districts in Paris.
It can also be described as a museum district, since it alone boasts the Musée d'Orsay, the Musée du Quai Branly, the Musée Rodin and the Musée Maillol. It's also home to private mansions, historic monuments, luxury stores, the Ecole Militaire, the Hotel Matignon, the Assemblée Nationale, the Place du Palais-Bourbon and... the TOUR EIFFEL. It's no doubt thanks to (or because of) these luxurious monuments that it's the city's most affluent arrondissement.
Around Rue du Bac, the pleasant Sèvres-Babylone district abounds in fine shops and haute-couture and ready-to-wear boutiques.
