The heating is individual electric with new inertia radiators for low consumption.

L'appartement est très cosy, très chaleureux exactement comme il est décrit par son hôte! Très bien situé, propre et parfaitement aménagé! Quant a son hôte, bien que je n'ai malheureusement pas eu la chance de la rencontrer en personne est gentille, et très flexible.
Je la recommande vivement a toute personne voulant séjourner à paris, personnellement ça sera la première adresse que je checkerai à mon prochain voyage sur paris.
Este apartamento está realmente bien ubicado. Esta prácticamente al lado de la torre eiffel. Es un apartamento pequeño pero muy acogedor. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días fabulosos y cómodo. Es un edificio bien mantenido. En la parte de abajo tiene un supermercado con todo lo necesario para que puedan sustentarse. Todo esta realmente limpio. La persona que nos recibio es muy amable y se preocupa porque puedas sentirte a gusto. Cerca tiene restaurantes, transporte de todo tipo.
Hermine Appart is fantastic. The location is Very central, blocks away from the Eiffel toward. We were 4 adults and slept very comfortable. We totally recommend this place.

Excelente localização!! Próximo ao metrô e ponto de ônibus em frente, o q facilita deslocamento. Em cima de mercado com suprimentos básicos pro dia a dia. E próximo da Torre Eiffel!! Sofá cama mega confortável, então cabem 3 a 4 pessoas tranquilamente. Cozinha equipada simples, mas suficiente para viajantes. Eu e minha família recomendamos.
