You may be held responsible for any damage caused to the vacation rental during your stay.

An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure.

That's why we will ask you to pay a deposit to cover potential damage. The amount of this deposit will be indicated at the bottom of the calendar before you make your reservation.

It will be returned to you before your departure.

Things to know

It's impossible to talk about Paris's 10th arrondissement without mentioning the Canal Saint-Martin, which has become one of the capital's most fashionable spots. Built in the early 19th century, it offers a pleasant stretch of water, less touristy and more intimate than the banks of the Seine.
The 10th arrondissement is also home to 2 train stations (Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord, which take you to London in just a few hours), making for a lively and popular atmosphere. Finally, the Château d'Eau district, around the Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, is ideal for partygoers.
