Located in a quiet street in the Notre-Dame-des-Champs district, very close to the Montparnasse tower, this 72 m² apartment has recently been completely refurbished.
The living room features a sitting area with sofa, large TV and storage space (a wall-mounted bookcase and full-width TV cabinet), as well as a dining area with a fully-equipped open kitchen: fridge, freezer, toaster, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle…
The master bedroom overlooks the street. It has a small balcony with a table and two chairs, ideal for breakfast or an aperitif. Its chest of drawers and large wall cupboard are ideal for storing all your belongings.
The second bedroom faces the courtyard. As with the previous room, it has plenty of storage space. The Eiffel Tower can be seen from the window.
The bathroom, shared by both bedrooms, has a large shower, a beautiful basin and a towel heater. WC is separate.

An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure.
That's why we will ask you to pay a deposit to cover potential damage. The amount of this deposit will be indicated at the bottom of the calendar before you make your reservation.

The apartment was beautiful, spotless and ideally located. Perfect for our family. We couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during our trip. I will wholeheartedly recommend it to any friends or family traveling to Paris.

It's been a long time since I've stayed in such beautiful accommodation. It was a nice change and very welcome. The apartment has lots of nice touches and decorations that are very Parisian. A beautiful view of the city. Carmen was very friendly.
A few things to note: the street can be a bit noisy if you keep the windows open, but we had no problems sleeping or anything like that but overall we were very happy with this place!

This is a beautiful apartment, in a secure building, decorated in a modern style. It has a nice little view from the balcony that runs alongside the apartment. All the infrastructure (heating, water pressure, hot water, etc.) and appliances worked well. The location and the view are both superb. We loved it.
This apartment is in a beautiful location that is close to everything but also exceptionally peaceful and quiet at night. The apartment has all the necessary facilities and Carmen welcomed us on arrival, showing us the different features of the apartment. She is a gracious host and we felt right at home.
Carmen was a charming host and was there to greet us on arrival. The apartment was exquisite and full of charming details. The view and location were even better than the photos. Our family of three cherished our days in Paris and highly recommend!
