A beautiful apartment of 107 sq.m with a lot of character, recently renovated, located rue des Rosiers (pedestrian street) in the 4th district is on the 1st floor of a 19th century building.
It is composed of a double living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and shower room and two spatious bedrooms.
In the heart of the Marais, a very fashionable district, where you can find the most beautiful facades of the capital, the 4th arrondissement is marked by history. Clothing, goldsmiths, jewelers, and watchmakers are the main trades that have given the district its character. There are also many designer stores, painting and art galleries in the surrounding streets.
Just a stone’s throw from the Place des Vosges, the Picasso Museum, as well as from République and Bastille.

A great place to stay in Paris. In the apartment, everything is as it is in the photos. Outside, everything is within walkable distance (if you like walking) or may be easily got by metro. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and cozy. We were happy to stay there, and, sadly, we spent not too much time inside just because enjoying Paris. We will be glad to come and stay here again!
Staying at this residence was a wonderful experience. The accommodation was perfect for our family’s needs. We could have spent all our time in the neighbourhood, so much was there to do. But it’s location also makes the rest of Paris so accessible. Our hosts could not have been more helpful, responsive or welcoming. A 5 star review all round. John

Carmen’s place is officially my favorite Beeroom experience to date! The apartment is so beautiful (better than the pictures) and Jean was an amazing host. We really loved the floor to ceiling windows that opened up to the balconies, the dining area, the bed and the bathroom. So beautiful and close to an amazing boulangerie with the top baguettes in Paris! Cannot recommend this place more!
We were a family of 5 and enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The first night, we had trouble getting the air conditioning to work, but the host was very responsive and sent out someone early the next morning to help us with it. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos. It is decorated very nicely and the location is excellent for sightseeing. The host accommodated us on arrival by storing our luggage until it was time to check in. That was very helpful.
Carmen is very communicative (w excellent english) and Carmen's place is huge (Paris standards), comfortable and pretty. We slept really well, with a very good, firm mattress. the 2 baths had plenty of very hot water.
the kitchen is lightly equipped for some easy cooking...
the 4 flights up are no problem for the fully mobile. There is a day care next door that starts up around 8:30- no problem with sound sleepers (or earplugs:). The apartment is extremely quiet otherwise.
we loved the location, it is a bit out of the fray, with 3 metro stops ,lots of great bread, cheese, pastry shops, and restuarants, wine shop, grocery ,etc. We checked in and 10 minutes later were on the steps of the Pantheon, seeing the Eiffel tower lit up.
we would definitely book here again.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit Balkon, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig, absolut empfehlenswert. Alles war wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Sehr gute Lage mit einer perfekten Anbindung an 2 Metro Linien (8 und 5), sowie Bus 69. Viertel Le Marais und Place des Vosges befinden sich in Fußnähe.
Joel und Antoine waren sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben. Sämtliche Kommunikation verlief online schnell und reibungslos. Alles super!
