The living/dining room is modern and of high standard, with a large six-seat corner sofa, a large wall-mounted bookcase and a large dining table with eight chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster…
The first room has a double bed, a television and a large closet. This room faces the street. The second room is also equipped with a double bed and faces the inner courtyard. Both rooms are connected to the bathroom which has a bathtub/shower, a sink and a heated towel rack. A toilet is located next to the bathroom, while the second toilet is located at the entrance of the apartment.
Apartment on the 1st floor of a charming building located in the heart of the Marais between Boulevard Beaumarchais and rue du Temple. It has reinforced double glazing in each window and a ceiling height of 4 meters.

Loft magnifique et génial, idéalement situé. Décoration moderne, et chic . L'appartement est très confortable et dans un endroit tranquille .
Une vraie immersion en plein paris.
Location propre, fonctionnel parfaitement organisé, rapide et efficace. Nous avons adoré le cachet de cet appartement Art déco industriel et moderne. Proche de tous les commerces essentiels, dans un super quartier. Nous avons passé 4 semaines formidables. On y retournera, c est sûr. Mais dommage que l'endroit que nous souhaitons visiter à été changer et était un peu loin du logement.

Un très beau lieu, très bien placé et avec une déco très réussie. Une hôte disponible et à l’écoute. Une suggestion : mettre une enceinte Bluetooth à dispo. dans l’appartement.
C’est avec les yeux fermés que nous recommandons ce logement. Nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour passer une très bonne semaine à 6☺️.
Le fait que l’appartement se trouve dans un bon quartier est vraiment impeccable.

Well located and very quiet apartment. We were 4 but the apartment could accommodate 6 travelers very easily, even more with the sofa bed option, as there are 2 bathrooms and a living room/kitchen quite spacious for Paris.
Flexibility on departure time very much appreciated, as well as advice on restaurants etc in the area.
