Superb apartment 100 sq. m.under glass with a room in the basement with bathroom and toilets, a room on the ground floor with bathroom and toilets and a sofa bed under the glass roof. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, dryer, Nespresso wifi etc ... the living room and the bedroom on the ground floor are air-conditioned, the basement bedroom is not but the room is in the basement, it is fresh.

This was a highly enjoyable stay, in a very good apartment with a fantastic location.
Apartment has an excellent location to discover the city and is located in a very nice area. It's a good size for 2-4 people and it's furnished in a very practical way and the beds were comfortable. Entry is via codes on all doors, which is very handy. Hosts were helpful when I had a question.
The apartment, and in particular the kitchen, could be a bit better equipped. The scissors were broken, there was no wine bottle opener (in France...!?), and a very limited number of mugs/cups for 4 persons. But these were minor details and nothing a Swiss army knife couldn't solve.
Great location close to metros. Quiet appartment. Good connection with the owners.

Très bien situé, appartement propre. Sébastien est un hôte attentionnée. L'appart est très fonctionnel. La déco en douceur et avec goût. Le quartier est bien placé. J'ai aimé mon séjour et le recommande vivement.

location close to metro station and close to some attractions (Hotel Ville, Notre Dame)

~tv with lots of channels ( including netflix)
~very nice hosts( allowed us to leave the luggages before the check in)
a bit small for 3 (probably normal for Paris) but is ok if you plan to visit and not stay inside
~not very comfortable sofa
~ the neighborhood seemed a bit weird after sunset
