Rent Rue Lantiez, Paris 17th

My son and I stayed at the beautiful Maison Cardon for 7 weeks, and it was wonderful. We have had many travelers coming and going, and this apartment comfortably sleeps 9 people. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The private garden is full of beautiful flowering plants and is a lovely spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The location is ideal, not far from the main lively attractions, and they are easily accessible on foot and there are several metro stations nearby, giving you easy access to the whole city. The street itself can get very busy at times, but the minute you step into the courtyard, it's quiet, peaceful and private. The neighbors are helpful and friendly. We have already planned our next stay here, and cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Hermine is a wonderful and responsive host, so helpful and easy to reach.

The apartment was beautiful and spacious. It was extremely clean and offered many different rooms, a luxury in Paris! The kitchen was lovely and new and the shower and tub in the main bathroom were wonderful as well as the cinema room. The garden was an added bonus to smell the flowers and enjoy an espresso from the machine provided! You will have a wonderful stay and the host was exceptional.

This is a beautiful and INCREDIBLE apartment in a fabulous neighborhood. We stayed in winter, so we could not take advantage of the generous garden! The place is like a small palace with all the comforts.
The master bedroom is charming with plenty of closet space and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. The lighting all around the house is beautiful.
A magnificent cinema and Hermine offered us some films. It is an incredible accommodation to be with family, friends or even colleagues. I'll be back 🙂

The space is beautiful and was perfect for our group of 6 spending time in Paris for vacation. Beautiful common areas and a cinema room so everyone can spend time together. Hermine met on arrival and explained the house to us. Hermine was also very responsive to all our questions before arrival. I would be happy to spend more time in this accommodation the next time I am in Paris.

Hermine's house is phenomenal! An excellent host who was very responsive, check-in was super easy, and the space is amazing for its central location in Paris. The large outdoor garden was our favourite...extremely quiet and peaceful

Olivia started the conversation and the owner, Hermine, actually ended it. From the start, they have been both reactive and proactive. Truly one of the best experiences because they both care about customer service.
Hermine personally greeted us at the apartment and showed us around all aspects of the house, including where to find everything in the kitchen, how to use the appliances, use her spices if needed, etc.
Ultimately, I wish every time we rented a place where we could enjoy that level of care. Thank you Hermine and Ingrid. We're sorry we didn't put the ironing board away, but we couldn't figure out how to compact it, so we didn't want to risk breaking it.

We traveled to Paris to stay at Hermine's with a family of 8.
Hermine's house is large and impeccably decorated with old Parisian art with a flair of modernity.
It feels like a place worthy of Marie Antoinette.
It was stocked with everything needed for cooking.
The neighborhood is upper class, mostly residential with lovely restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby.
The only comment I have is regarding the storage space, which was quite limited but nonetheless it worked for us.
The bedding was very comfortable; the bathrooms were clean the cinema room is a rare bonus and we loved it as well as this beautiful garden practical to be in the middle of nature in the city and that adds to the charm.

If you want to live like a true Parisian, this is a great option. Located in the middle of a lively residential area, you pass the gate from the street, to a completely quiet courtyard leading to the apartment. The area has many good restaurants, fabulous bakers and shops with all kinds of specialties.
Most of the things you would like to see in Paris are within walking distance.
The apartment is well laid out, perfect for the large family. We had no problem fitting in with 5 adults and two toddlers.
A highlight was the private garden, which was perfect for breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. It was nice and safe to let the kids play alone.
We have stayed in several places in Paris and for us it was also a great plus to stay in a real house with a comfortable atmosphere.
We loved our stay in this accommodation.

This is a lovely apartment in a great central location in Paris, the area has plenty of great restaurants and bars and really accessible by public transport. There is plenty of space for a large family and a wonderful garden which is glorious in the summer! Worth the price if you are in a large group and plan to spend a lot of time in the apartment.

Wir hatten eine tolle und angenehme Zeit in dieser eleganten Wohnung. Auch der kleine Garten ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist perfekt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Restaurants und Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Hermine hat den Titel Superhost absolut verdient. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.
