Apartment based in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, between the boulevard Saint-Germain and the Seine. Located on the first floor, the apartment is accessible via an inner courtyard and has a private garden. Completely renovated in 2013, it has air conditioning. Composed of an entrance hall, an open kitchen, a living room (with dining area), two bedrooms each with their own bathroom, a separate toilet and a private garden accessible from the living room and the second bedroom.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (cooking utensils, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer…) and has a table/bar area for four people.
The dining room includes a dining table for up to four people.
The living room has two sofas, a coffee table, a television (with international channels), and a telephone.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, an air conditioner, a wardrobe and a television. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub, shower, sink, towel dryer and mirror.
The second bedroom has a double bed, television, and storage closets. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, a sink, a toilet and a towel dryer.
The garden has a table for 4 people and a parasol.
The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning (each room can be air-conditioned according to your wish) and has an unlimited high-speed internet connection. The air conditioners are portable.
Two guides are available: one to help with the use of the apartment’s equipment and a second with information on the neighborhood (supermarkets, bakeries…).
A member of our team will be on hand to welcome you and show you around the apartment and answer any questions you may have.
This apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Deformation of Saint-Pierre, whose name was given to a chapel, the rue des Saints-Pères was used in the Middle Ages by herds of cattle to go to the Pré-aux-Clercs, a meadow located on the banks of the Seine.

As soon as my niece walked in the apartment she couldn't stop smiling! My sister kept thanking me for finding it. The location is phenomenal and we felt so comfortable and safe. It's quiet, and the beds are comfortable! I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends!

Lovely surprise, convenient, clean, supplies plentiful
All of us were so pleased with our apartment: fabulous location, safe area, walk to major sites: Louvre, Notre-Dame, Musée d'Orsay, many cafes and bakeries and local groceries. We were 3 adult women and 1 pre teen. We ate some meals in the patio, ate breakfast then took off for the day. Your staff was so nice and left us welcome gift. Anthony, thank you.
Convenient location, lovely apartment
The property is as described. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We did not use the outdoor area as it was chilly and we were out of the apartment during the day. I am used to duvets in Paris, but find them too warm for spring. I'd like an alternative during warm weather. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay.
Lovely stay, perfect location
We enjoyed our stay immensely. The apartment was comfortable, stylish and spacious. It was very close to a wonderful little grocery deli that made awesome foods (prawn/avocado & tomato salad, mushroom risotto, etc) and a nice café for morning cappuccinos and croissants. The apartment is within walking distance of many attractions - Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, Café de Flore, Les Deux Magots, Latin Quarter, Jardin du Luxembourg, etc. This place was perfect for us and the hosts were lovely.

Everything we expected and more
This apartment was perfect, everything we expected and more. The living area was very bright, and though we didn't cook very much, I really appreciated the quality of all the appliances. Every piece of equipment, linens, towels, etc. was immaculately clean. The exercise room was another great perk that helped us burn off some pastries! There were dozens of tea parlors, restaurants, and bakeries in the neighborhood. I especially loved going to Ladurée, which was just a few blocks away. I'd definitely rent again, hopefully this summer!
Modern, elegant Parisian perfection.
The building is well located. It was perfect that the apartment was on the second floor, with no steps, as we had wished, and quietly located at the back of the building. We were relieved to find that the apartment was not only as described, but even looked larger and more spacious than the details in the ad. All surfaces, finishes, furniture and other fittings were in excellent condition. The apartment was tastefully furnished in a modern, harmonious style. The host was extremely helpful and available, both by phone and e-mail, during the initial inquiry, arrival, as well as during our stay. He provided excellent customer service. We were traveling with a couple visiting Paris for the first time to celebrate a wedding anniversary, and as experienced travelers we expect the unexpected, but our ten-day stay in this apartment exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend.

The apartment was in a great location close to good cafes and restaurants. It was also close to major attractions. The apartment itself was nice and comfortable. The hosts had good communication with us at all times.
