Located in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, near the Luxembourg Gardens and in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, this magnificent 2 double bedroom duplex is bright and offers several unobstructed views.
Modern and of quality, this 82 m² apartment was renovated in 2020. It is fully air-conditioned and is located on the top floor of a secure Parisian building.
This duplex is composed of an entrance hall leading to a living room with its dining room and open kitchen. This space is of a rare charm and an appreciable luminosity with many windows.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, refrigerator, plates, dishwasher).
The hallway leads to the first bathroom which has a bathtub, the separate toilet and the first bedroom which has a desk and a bed (queen size: 160×200) of quality, comfortable but also foldable to have a space to exercise with the rowing machine provided.
A laundry area is also available, next to the bathroom, and has a washing machine and dryer.
A beautiful staircase leads upstairs to a work area with a desk and then to the hallway leading to the shower room and the second bedroom.
The master bedroom is under the roof with a beautiful high ceiling, bright, it has a king size bed (200x200cm).
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We prefer to bring to your attention that the shower doorway is 40cm wide.
Linen (sheets, towels…) and household appliances (iron and vacuum cleaner) are provided.
This apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

The curious name of the close rue du Cherche-Midi (Looking for Noon) comes from an old sign showing characters "looking for noon at two o'clock". Nowadays, a bas-relief depicts this same scene, at number 19 of the street.

Light and bright
There are two of us and we enjoyed staying in this bright and beautifully renovated apartment. The location is fantastic and within walking distance of the best parts of Saint Germain!

We loved this apartment! It was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for our week-long stay in Paris. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Communication with the host was easy - we would definitely book again!
Very clean and well decorated
Our family of 4 had an excellent stay in this apartment. Great location! Ideally located near two metro lines, we took the metro everywhere! Saint Sulpice and Sevres-Babylone. Le Bon Marche was also down the street, so it was convenient for shopping! The apartment itself was very clean and well decorated. It had everything we needed for a week's stay. The washing machine and tumble dryer worked well and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. There was also a Nespresso machine! We bought coffee from the Nespresso store down the street when we ran out. The air-conditioning also worked very well. It was nice to come back to a comfortable, cool place after a day's walking. Anthony was also extremely responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again.

Fantastique semaine à Paris
Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique à l'Apt de la rue du Cherche Midi. Emplacement parfait, nous sommes allés à pied partout. Près de la Grande Epicerie du Bon Marche, nous avons dégusté des repas gastronomiques tous les jours. Dehors il faisait très chaud mais l'apt était frais et confortable, grâce à la climatisation dans chaque pièce. Belle vue sur la rue et les toits. Nous y retournerons certainement !
