Apartment on the 6th floor (with elevator) located in the 7th district, 200 meters from the Invalides and two steps from the Seine. Its many windows and its decoration make this apartment bright. Its balcony allows you to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day while taking advantage of the last rays of the sun.
The apartment is composed of: a kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, an office and a separate toilet.
The living room is equipped with two sofas, a coffee table, a lounge chair, a television (with international channels) and a telephone. The apartment has an unlimited high speed internet connection with wifi.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a closet and two bedside tables.
The second bedroom also has a king size bed (convertible into two single beds), a closet and two nightstands. The third room has a queen size bed and two bedside tables. These two rooms face the courtyard.
The first bathroom, adjacent to the master bedroom, has a walk-in shower and a sink. The second bathroom has a bathtub that doubles as a shower, a sink and a toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster.
The apartment is in the center of Paris and 3 minutes from the Invalides station (lines 8, 13 and RER C).
Two guides are available: one to help with the use of the apartment’s equipment and a second with information on the neighborhood (supermarkets, bakeries…).

Great location! Huge Apartment!
This apartment was very comfortable and clean. It felt like a home because the owner's personal touches were evident everywhere. All the furniture, including the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some meals during our stay. We loved the balconies! The street is residential and quiet despite being in the heart of Paris. It's a short walk to several patisseries and a grocery store. Anthony was helpful upon our arrival and explained how everything worked. We had a memorable time in Paris that was enhanced by our stay in this beautiful apartment.

Perfect location for Paris!
Two couples traveling together. This apartment felt very homie and had absolutely everything that we needed! Very clean, bright and very comfortable beds. Anthony met us at the apartment and was very efficient and friendly. We will recommend this apartment to others and will hope that we can make another trip to Paris again and stay at this lovely apartment. Close to great restaurants, stores, bakery, rue Cler and walking to many venues. Thank you for making our stay in Paris so enjoyable!

Ideally situated
Wonderful location. A five-minute walk to Grand Palais, a 10-minute walk to the Tour Eiffel. Bus, Metro and RER all within a 5-minute walk. Quiet street very close to Rue Saint-Dominique and Rue Cler. Could not be happier as my wife and I were showing our young sons the sights of Paris for their first time. Also, pleasantly surprised with the service from Anthony. Communications were prompt and they were very helpful with additional questions and advice. The apartment itself was spacious and located on the 6th floor of a lovely building with lift. Highly recommend.
Elegant Parisian stay
Truly as advertised! Clean, spacious, well equipped and super comfortable apartment. Surrounding area is very quiet with many little shops (especially rue Cler) that offer great grocery shopping but there's plenty of other shops too. Fun little restaurants are within easy reach. Also within easy walk to St. Germain and other popular areas. Very much recommended. Also, Anthony was very helpful, right on top of things and trustworthy. Can't thank the enough!
Lovely roomy apartment with interesting art
The apartment was clean, roomy and well located. Everything was as shown in the pictures. We had a few questions which were answered quickly when we called Anthony. I would definitely stay here again.
