This 100 m² apartment is located in the center of the 7th arrondissement, and offers a breathtaking view of the Invalides. You can also see the Sacré-Cœur Basilica of Montmartre, the Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Saint-Germain-des-Prés Church, the Saint Sulpice Cathedral, and finally the Pantheon.
Close to the École Militaire metro station, the apartment is located in a lively neighborhood with many shops. It is also close to the Eiffel Tower, about 15 minutes away on foot.
It is composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a large living room separated in two parts.
One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, and a queen size bed.
The second bathroom is located at the beginning of the main hallway. The second (guest) bathroom is also in the hallway.
The kitchen has all the latest appliances, as well as a breakfast table.
The living room is divided into a dining area and a reception area where 6 people can be comfortably accommodated.
The apartment is surrounded by a large balcony. A table and chairs are available for outdoor meals.
Sheets, towels, blankets, pillows, iron, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and dryer are provided. Wifi, telephone and cable TV are included at no extra charge.
Both rooms have air conditioning.
Two guides are provided: one to help with the use of the apartment’s equipment, and a second with information about the area (supermarkets, bakeries…).
A member of our team will be on hand to welcome you and show you around the apartment and answer any questions you may have.

Beautiful Paris Apartment!
This apartment exceeded our expectations. The property is elegant, yet very comfortable, stocked with everything one could possibly want or need - including a nice bottle of champagne when we arrived. A grocery store, metro station and several bistros and cafes are steps away from the door. The location is ideal, within walking distance of many Paris attractions. And last but not least, the view from the terrace is unparalleled! We counted at least eight iconic sites from the comfort of our chairs while enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.
Five stars is the max for a Beeroom review, but I’d like to give this apartment six!
Perfect location, unforgettable views, stay with confidence!
Beautiful high floor, bright apartment with stunning views. Lots of great space including a large dining room table for laptops, comfortable radiator heat and room air conditioners for comfort. Separate bath, shower and half bath gives plenty of room for all. We stayed 36 days. It’s a perfect part of town, great tourist foot traffic during the day, but you feel part of a local neighborhood at night. Beautiful supermarket downstairs, great cafés, bars and Rue Cler street market within 5 minutes walk. Another 5 minutes walk and you’re at the Eiffel Tower. Nearby Ecole Militaire metro stop is a super fast connection to Right Bank destinations, and it’s an easy 20-30 minute walks to anything in St Germain des Prés or the Seine. Like another reviewer had written, it is a perfect retreat from long walks in this stunning city. Book with confidence, we would definitely return. 5 stars also to Anthony for their welcoming service and attentiveness. It’s an easy choice – book it!
Absolutely perfect accommodations and location in Paris!
This property is beautiful - a great location in the 7th Arrondissement on a high floor that featured beautiful views. The space in the apartment is lovely and the layout - bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen - was perfect for 4 people. All heat, water, appliances worked perfectly. Anthony was very helpful, always available to answer questions in a timely manner, and very friendly. We are very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend the property and the site Beeroom to anyone.

Eine schöne Wohnung in einer fantastischen Lage!
Wir (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) verbrachten im April eine Woche in dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung scheint etwas größer zu sein als auf den Fotos. Die Möbel in der Wohnung sind von guter Qualität. Ein kleiner Defekt in der Küchenausstattung, über den wir uns per SMS beschwert hatten, wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben, zusammen mit einer perfekt formulierten Entschuldigung. Die Lage ist unglaublich gut. Alles ist in Reichweite. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen!

This property is exquisite, beautifully decorated in immaculate style. A specious and quiet apartment with everything you need and very well supplied. The bed and bath lines are generous, every appliance is top of the line with quality design and details. It is truly a perfect property.
It made Paris come alive for us
What a great apartment. The location and views are outstanding. Anthony organization was outstanding. Having a drink on the balcony after a long day sightseeing and shopping was a highlight of our trip. Thank god we had air conditioning during the heat wave. We would definitely stay there again.
