Rent large apartment with terrace, Paris
This apartment of 83 m² (Carrez law, 96 m² on the ground) offers an unobstructed view on all Paris. Located on the seventh and last french floor of a building facing the Invalides, it has no opposite. It is accessible via an elevator to the sixth floor, a staircase leading to the seventh.
Its large living room has an impressive height under ceiling, an AC unit and many elements of decoration of the best taste. Adjacent to it, a fully equipped open kitchen allows you to prepare the most exquisite dishes. On the other side is the dining area with a marble table, under a large classic chandelier, around which are arranged eight chairs.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, a dressing room, an AC unit and direct access to the bathroom with its large walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has the particularity of having a bathtub in the middle of it. A queen size bed allows you to sleep very comfortably. It also has many cupboards of arrangement.
But the highlight of the apartment is undoubtedly what is located at the top of the stairs of the living room. These lead to a large wooden terrace that overlooks the surroundings. The view is incredible in all directions and not a single monument is missing: Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame de Paris, Sacré-Coeur, Opera, Saint-Sulpice… The terrace has two deckchairs, a garden table and a barbecue that will allow you to fully enjoy this unusual space, in the heart of Paris.
