Rent Boulevard Saint Germain , Paris 7th

Me and my family stayed for 1 month. It is perfect, very well located, close to almost everything, restaurants, sights, the metro. The apartment is quiet and spacious and can easily accommodate 8 people. The owner is very helpful and easy to contact, even if you prefer to speak English (as is the case with some of my family members). I can definitely recommend this apartment.

My friends and I went to Paris for the first time and stayed in Felix's apartment. As soon as we walked in, we were amazed by the beautiful open space. The apartment was very spacious, had all the amenities we needed, and was very safe. The location is within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, major stores, many restaurants, etc. The neighborhood is quickly accessible. The apartment was so nice - we didn't want to leave it 🙂 It's the perfect place if you want to drink champagne, sit on the balcony and watch the Parisians. We were in Paris for Bastille Day, and had a great view of the fireworks, without the inconvenience of the crowds. I highly recommend staying here!

Ideal location near several train lines! Only a 25 minute walk (through local stores, restaurants and boutiques) to the Louvre. Perfect space for a family to share. Felix met us in person for check-in and gave us a tour of the house while going over things to note. There were no problems the entire stay, so not much to report. The grocery store not far from the street was a big plus! The neighborhood was great for walking around and had a fun nightlife too. I would highly recommend this space!

This apartment is GREAT! We stayed there for a month and it was perfect for a family of 8 - 6 teenagers and young adults. We really felt like locals.

The apartment is well stocked and the owner thought of everything! From salt and pepper to kitchen towels. Detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher! Lots and lots of towels and hair dryers in the bathrooms.

The location is great for sightseeing, but also convenient for living.

Felix was very responsive and samuel (handyman) helped when we had a small leak. He was there almost immediately.

We will be back! Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment.

It's a great place. We were a group of friends going to Paris for the Roland Garros tournament and the good food. The location is perfect, the apartment is great and the owner is friendly and gives lots of good advice on local restaurants. Great facilities. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Paris.

This place is amazing. The view is beautiful but even looking down on the street below is fun. It's in the middle of everything. We walked to the Eiffel Tower and along the Seine,
to the Champs Élysées and all the beautiful streets around the neighborhood. It's exactly as you see in the pictures. We ate a lot at home, using the fully equipped kitchen and just enjoying the views of Paris. We had my elderly father with us and
Felix was very accommodating with check-in and check-out to help minimize the impact on him. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your apartment, Felix.
