This large 3-bedroom apartment is located on rue Mabillon, in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. A stone’s throw from the Jardin du Luxembourg, this apartment has a large balcony running along two sides of the building, offering a view of the Marché Saint-Germain. Extremely bright thanks to its many large windows, the apartment is perfectly suited to families.
The spacious living room is composed of a dining area with a large table that can accommodate six guests and a sitting area with a large sofa, a coffee table and comfortable armchairs.
The kitchen, perfectly equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine), also allows you to have a meal thanks to its small table.
The two larger bedrooms are both equipped with a queen size bed and have access to the balcony while the third bedroom has a single bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a towel dryer.

An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure.
That's why we will ask you to pay a deposit to cover potential damage. The amount of this deposit will be indicated at the bottom of the calendar before you make your reservation.

What a great apartment! Our first air bnb experience and it was much better than I could have imagined! This apartment was superb! Much MUCH better than staying in a hotel! Clean, modern, stylish and a really good layout and use of space. Would highly recommend this place we had a fantastic 4 days as a family with this as our base to easily access Paris, the Eiffel Tower and Disneyland Paris. Thank you to the owners for sharing their home with us hopefully we’ll be back again one day 😁👍5 star
Premièrement j'aimerais remercier Carmen pour la confiance accordée qui a fait le bonheur de la future mariée donc je suis témoin. Peu de monde confierait un logement aussi spacieux pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille !!!!! Je leur serai à jamais reconnaissante. Très agréable week end et inoubliable en ces lieux !
De très bons échanges et de la disponibilité avec Carmen avant le jour J (questions/réponses), et des précisions dés notre arrivée, et suivi à notre départ. Nous regrettons néanmoins de l'avoir pas rencontrées à la remise des clés.
Concernant le logement, tout est refait à neuf avec goût (moderne, design). L'appartement est grand !
Aucun soucis d'hygiène et produits ménagers à disposition (sopalin, javel, serviettes, papiers toilettes, etc etc).
-Deux salles de bains avec douche à l'italienne
-La literie de la chambre parentale ! Vous dormirez à point fermer !
-Et n'oublions pas la vue imprenable sur les toits de paris.

We have stayed at George and Aleksandra's apartment for few days. We were group of 6 adults and we never felt like we didn't have enough space - the apartment was really spacious and airy with each couple having their own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped and very clean.
On the check-in the code for the key lock didn't work but the problem was quickly resolved via Beeroom messages.
The location of the apartment is great - away from the tourists but close to the different public transports, park, bakery and the local shop.
And the view on the Eiffel Tower was great addition!
This was our first trip to Paris. As a family of 8 the Beeroom had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and loved the view.
Communication was great with the hosts. They were accommodating when we needed to change our dates due to cancelled flights. And helpful in letting us know there was a Stasher luggage locker only a short walk from the Beeroom where we could store our luggage before check in so we could start sightseeing right away.
The location is close to the metro, tram, and bus lines. We were able to get to all the sights easily with our Navigo pass.
There are several restaurants nearby, grocery store, fruit stand, butcher, wine shop, and boulangeries.
We would definitely stay here again if ever in Paris!

They were available to answer any of our questions and were really kind letting is leave the apartment a bit later due to a problem with the taxi.
This Paris Beeroom is definitely the one to book. You have a lot of space for a big group with all the amenities you need. With a view of the Eiffel Tower, what more can you ask for? Had a lovely time! Thanks!
The place is absolutely fantastic, super clean, all the amenities, literally nothing to be missed. You will have one of the best views in Paris, and there are nice authentic brasseries, bakeries and shops near by. It feels like you are with real Parisians rather than surrounded by tourists.i highly recommend and would always go again.
This is a great spot-- the photos on the listing give a precise and accurate idea of how terrific the apartment is. Our family group (grandparents, grown kids and young grandchildren) loved staying here. The neighborhood is not posh, but is convenient to transportation and has everything you'd need within a few blocks. The Parc Georges Brassens is a special spot which we all enjoyed. The hosts are extremely responsive, helpful and generous.
