Superb townhouse in the heart of historic Paris. Located on rue Monsieur le Prince, in a complex where the Comédie-Française theater used to be, which later became the Odéon theater.
This fully renovated and furnished house is distributed over several levels:
On the first floor: a long entrance with storage and closets, leading on the one hand to the first floor, on the other hand to the basement.
On the second floor, the staircase gives access to a large living room with a living room opening onto a first terrace, a dining room and a beautiful open kitchen.
On the second floor there is a guest toilet, a master suite with terrace, bathroom, shower and toilet.
On the third floor are two bedrooms with a bathroom, a shower room with toilet, a laundry room, and separate toilet.
On the fourth floor is a large open room that can be used as an office or guest room, all overlooking a beautiful landscaped terrace.
Finally, in the basement there is a studio with a bedroom, a dressing room, a kitchen, a shower room, a toilet, a laundry room, a sauna, a storage room and a lower cellar.
House rules
You may be held responsible for any damage caused to the vacation rental during your stay.
An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure.
That's why we will ask you to pay a deposit to cover potential damage. The amount of this deposit will be indicated at the bottom of the calendar before you make your reservation.
It will be returned to you before your departure.

This apartment was a great home base for our visit! Very close to public transit and it had everything we needed. Sébastien was great for check in and check out as well!

Nice house, spacious and very bright. Very correct and with all the necessary things in the bathrooms/kitchen/bedrooms. Also, you can barbecue.

The location is great, the house is really charming and is easily accessible via public transportation or Uber, which is really convenient for getting around Paris.
Lots of spacious rooms and a lot of bathrooms, perfect if you're hosting a lot of guests. The living room was great. The kitchen was fully equipped and was a pleasure to cook in.
The beds were really comfortable and the linens were hotel quality.
We really enjoyed relaxing in the garden during the hot weather.
Sébastien is a great host and is very responsive.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce magnifique appartement très confortable ma femme, mes 4 enfants et moi, remarquablement situé dans une zone très calme. L'appartement se trouve à deux pas de tous les types de transports. En termes d'équipements, Wifi, plaques à induction, télévision très grand écran, canapé, lit king size...
