It has a large living room with both a sitting area and a dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It has a balcony that extends over the entire facade of the building.
The apartment is very well decorated, with a style that combines the old and the new.
Each room has its own bathroom with a shower, sink and towel dryer.
The master bedroom has a double bed while the second bedroom has two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed.

Place was really clean
Everything was well managed and easy to deal with. We were met outside on time and let in without fuss. Place was really clean, great showers and kitchen and all in a great location. Definitely explore in every direction as there’s hidden gems everywhere. Some great cafes and bars near the Pantheon. The Luxembourg Gardens and Jardin des Plantes are worth a walk thru. Of course you are right near Blvd St Germain and everything it has to offer. Very good bistro nearby called Balzar for traditional food in operation since 1892 or something if you want an easy dinner close to the apt.
We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay
This apartment is exactly as described and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! We loved the location and could easily get around Paris using the Metro close by or walking most places. It was comfortable for our group of 4 adults. While we didn’t cook, the kitchen has everything you need to do so. We loved it and will definitely want to stay here again for our next visit!
I can't imagine anyone not liking this property.
I really enjoyed our 1 month stay in this apartment. It's on the corner of Boulevard Saint-Michel and Rue Racine, right in the middle of the Quartier Latin, which is one of the best neighborhoods in Paris, because everything is just a few blocks away. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with sink and shower, and the front bedroom also has a large bathtub. The toilet was also clean. The king-size beds in both rooms were very comfortable. The only negative is that the pillows were not my favorite, as I'm used to down pillows, something to note if you like fluffy pillows like me. Anthony greeted us well at the property for check-in. I was allowed to check in early as our flight from the US was arriving in the morning. There's a small elevator, which was useful for getting our suitcases upstairs. All in all, it was magnificent.
Really wonderful apartment
This is a really wonderful apartment. It has good common space for hanging out, a nicely equipped kitchen, and bedrooms and baths are sufficiently private from one another. Nice open windows along Boulevard St. Michel. It’s a two flight walk up, which is easy enough, and there is a tiny elevator that can be used if needed.
Great location, clean apartment
The apartment is in great central location, very close to Metro and multiple attractions. It was clean and tastefully decorated. Having two bathrooms was a great plus. I definitely recommend this apartment for staying in Paris.
Beautiful apartment in perfect location!
Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful apartment. It was decorated lovely, the living area was large, the kitchen and bathrooms had been recently renovated and they were equally nice! The apartment manager, Anthony, was fantastic to work with. He even met us very early on a Sunday morning to let us into the apartment and answer all of our questions regarding not just the apartment but also the city of Paris. Would highly recommend!!
Can’t wait to return
This place was so much fun. Right next to the Latin quarter and very close to the river. Museums and restaurants were all walkable. Our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. They let us have an early checkin and even left us a gift for our 50th anniversary. We stayed three weeks and can’t wait to return.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped
Beautiful apartment in a convenient location. Easy walk to metro, grocery store, restaurants and cafes. Notre-Dame is just around the corner and it’s a beautiful stroll down the Seine to the Louvre. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped!
