Apartment based in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, between the boulevard Saint Germain and the Seine, two steps from Notre Dame. This charming apartment, located on the 2nd floor, has reinforced double glazing, high ceilings, exposed beams, a glass roof and numerous windows.
Composed of an entrance, a large living/dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms with their bathrooms, a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and a separate toilet.
The living room has a sitting area with two armchairs, a coffee table, a fireplace, a television (with international channels) and a telephone. The dining room has a large table in natural wood for 6 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven…
The first bedroom has a queen size bed. It also has a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside tables and overlooks the courtyard; it has an adjoining bathroom with shower and sink, the toilets are separate. The laundry room is also on this side of the apartment.
The second bedroom is presented with two single beds or a queen-size bed (as you wish), it has storage space for your things and has a double window overlooking the street.
The adjoining bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror and hair dryer.
The apartment has an unlimited high-speed internet connection.

An inventory of fixtures will be carried out on your arrival and departure.
That's why we will ask you to pay a deposit to cover potential damage. The amount of this deposit will be indicated at the bottom of the calendar before you make your reservation.

Nous avons passé de belles journées dans cette appartement agréable (famille, deux adultes, deux adolescents). C'était exactement ce que nous attendions d'après l'annonce. Super quartier pour un séjour à Paris. Entièrement équipée (merveilleuse cuisine - très pratique 😉 ).
Beautiful, large space in a very convenient location. Had absolutely everything that we needed. Host extremely flexible and helpful. Will stay at this location next time we visit Paris, this is how much we liked it. Don't hesitate to book!
Excellent location - walk to everything. Metro very close. Tons of restaurants and shops. Great pedestrian street a block away with Farmer’s market. Great space for our family - very comfy living room. Not an overly touristy area which was great! Grocery nearby, too.
It was very hot during our stay and no AC was tough. Some fans would have been helpful. Just something to consider if visiting during heat of summer.
Overall, great experience in a very nice sized apartment in a private and safe building.
